YMCA of Bucks and Hunterdon Counties is looking to hire a Summer Camp Administrator!

Summer Camp Administrator Salary: $15.00 - 19.00 per hour

Summer Camp AdministratorHours: Monday - Friday through the summer, no nights or weekends! (Seasonal)

Summer Camp AdministratorResponsibilities:

• Answers phone calls and returns voicemails from camp families and answers inquiries related to summer camp
• Provides appropriate information to camp families per protocol
• Maintains knowledge of camp schedules, events, and location of activities
• Administer daily medications to campers in a timely manner as prescribed by physician, as well as logging the medication administration for record-keeping purposes
• Ensures all medications are secured properly and required parental/guardian and physician permissions are on file
• Communicates with staff and parents as needed
• Build effective, authentic relationships with campers and parents, help them connect with each other & the YMCA.
• Attends staff meetings and trainings as scheduled
• Follows all YMCA policies, rules, regulations and procedures, including emergency and safety procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Summer Camp AdministratorQualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work autonomously, multitask, and work well in a team setting
• Attention to detail
• Positive and professional attitude
• Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm
• At least 21 years of age
