Camera Operator / Videographer - Freelance

We are seeking a talented and experienced Videographer to join our roster of freelancers. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of camera equipment and techniques, and be able to work independently and collaboratively to create high-quality video content. A PORTFOLIO MUST BE SUBMITTED TO BE CONSIDERED.

Responsibilities:

• Operate camera equipment during on-location shoots for video production projects
• Ensure proper lighting and framing for shots
• Work closely with the director and other members of the production team to achieve the desired look and feel for the project
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in camera equipment and techniques

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Freelance Camera Operator or similar role
• Solid experience with camera equipment and techniques
• Knowledge of lighting and sound techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality video content on time and within budget
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in film, media, or a related field
• Experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Davinci Resolve, etc.)
