Job Description
- This is a fully remote position
- The role is a Call Center environment answering inbound calls from financial professionals and clients who require assistance servicing brokerage accounts. Main types of calls are related to but not limited to New Business, Account Maintenance, Money Movement, Online access.
- Reps each take an avg of 50-60 calls a day.
- Hours of operation 830-630 EST M-Th, 830-530 EST Fri. Temp will be given set schedule within that depending on business need at time of hire and may change as needs change. Must be flexible.
- Temp will need access to wifi, have a computer, and phone. Client will not provide any equipment. Computer needs to have at least Windows 10, and for MAC OS is 10.12, 10.13 or 10.14
- 4 week training period - also have group chat to help when training period is over
