SalaryHelp us recruit Blood Donors!
This position works primarily 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm Monday - Friday with occasional Saturday rotation; approximately 20 hours per week.
A Blood DonorCall Center Specialist: Contacts Blood Donors and potential Blood Donors by telephone or electronically to; schedule blood donation appointments, remind donors of appointments, alert donors to upcoming blood drives or conduct donor experience surveys. Documents all donor contacts in Blood Donor Information System according to Call Center procedure.
An applicant should have the following:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Data entry skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- A pleasant phone voice
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Office experience preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $9.08 - $18.75 per hour
