Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide updates on their inquiries or orders
- Utilize sales techniques to upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and the ability to handle difficult or irate customers with patience and empathy
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Previous experience in a customer service or Call Center role is a plus
