• Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints or concerns, working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about SPR Packaging's products, services, and promotions to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and issues using our CRM system.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall customer experience.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
