A National Bank is interested is looking to hire Customer Service Representatives to their Customer Resolution team in a Hybrid capacity! The team is located in Salt Lake City and will require 2 days onsite per week.
Description:
- Contribute to the resolution of sensitive customer inquiries and complaints telephonically.
- Partner with management and other internal partners to resolve issues/complaints.
- Determine appropriate course of action and documenting all phone interactions as well as the outcome of the resolution in the system of record.
- Will be communicating with customers via inbound/outbound calls to resolve complaints/claims on various lines of business.
- If a complicated claim comes up, this team will escalate the issue to another escalations team.
- All outbound call unless a customer returns the call back
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Call Center Experience
