IF so, US Imaging is looking for self-motivated individuals with the passion, drive, energy, and positive attitude to be a top performers. You will be part of our VIP Medical Scheduling team and will engage with our clients to schedule their imaging procedures at one of our facilities across the United States.
The Member Service Agent is expected to provide exceptional customer service, educate the member, and/or assist the member with all aspects of the scheduling process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Engage confidently with members
- Provide a high standard of service
- Efficiently handle all inbound and outbound calls
- Ensure accurate & timely system documentation
- Handle confidential information
- Liaison with physician offices and other providers
- Schedule appointments efficiently and conveniently for our members
- Effectively handle all follow-up
- Perform duties as assigned to ensure member satisfaction as assigned
Qualifications:
High School diploma/GED equivalent
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
Proven experience in a competitive environment a plus
Bilingual - Spanish a plus
Demonstrated attention to detail and complex problem solving
Motivated, to meet and exceed goals
Reliable and dependable
Proficient with Computer Skills Including Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.)

Must be available to work Monday through Friday on site. The training program is 6 weeks long 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Interviewing for 9:00am - 5:30pm - M-F day shift.
