We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team. As the Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Call Center and ensuring that our team delivers exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of Call Center representatives
- Monitor Call Center performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
- Train and coach Call Center staff on best practices for customer
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Develop and implement Call Center policies and procedures to optimize efficiency
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Proven experience in managing a Call Center or customer service team
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to effectively communicate goals and expectations
- Proficient in using Call Center software and CRM systems
