Call Center Interviewer

*YOU MUST HAVE THE NECESSARY EQUIPMENT TO WORK REMOTELY

We are currently looking for English speaking and Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates.

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

• For Bilingual Interviewers: Must be able to read and speak English and Spanish fluently
• Must have basic computer skills and able to do minimal data entry
• Must have excellent verbal communication skills, active listening abilities, accurate typing/diction skills and strong attention to detail
• Must be able to muti-task using several platforms
• Must be able to read scripts verbatim from a computer monitor, resulting in complete valid and successful Market Research Surveys
• Must be coachable and take direction from supervisors and managers
• Must be professional and friendly while communicating on the phone
• Must be available for training when scheduled
• Must be dependable
• Employees must agree to a basic criminal background check
• Must be able to work some nights and weekends

Required Equipment:

· Must have your own computer that meets the requirements for remote work (Chromebooks, Tablets and iPads are not compatible

· Computer must be hard-wired

· Must have headphones for conducting surveys with the upmost privacy

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
