Noritz is hiring a Customer Care Agent to work remotely in our Customer Care department. The ideal candidate for this position is someone with excellent technical troubleshooting skills and great customer service skills, who can work independently and on a team. The Customer Care Agent is responsible for troubleshooting the Company’s products and diagnosing the customer's needs, researching and recommending steps to resolutions while entering and maintaining customer and product data on our databases.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 am-6:00 pm PST or Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm PST. May be asked to worked on occasional Saturdays and/or holidays.
Essential Duties:
- Answers inbound phone calls regarding technical troubleshooting, warranty, and general information.
- Expedites resolution by processing warranty parts or coordinating and guiding service as needed.
- Records all phone calls in the CRM database while continually updating CRM records with accurate information.
- Respond to callbacks, email, and chat inquiries
- Maintains good communication with supervisors, colleagues, and customers
- Any or all duties assigned by management

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or general education degree (G.E.D.)
- At least 1 year of customer service experience and/or phone support-related experience
- Spanish bilingual in a PLUS
