Job Summary:

The Ski School Call Center Agent is part of the Product Sales & Services (PSS) Department who delivers outstanding guest service while facilitating the purchase of Ski & Snowboard School Lessons, Tickets, and Season Passes over the phone. As a member of this team, you are part of the guest experience and the voice of Vail Resorts! 

  

Job Specifications:

  • Location: Park City, UT
  • Outlet: Sun Peak Call Center
  • Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $21.36 / hour
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time Preferred. (Part Time may be available)

    • Weekends and Holidays may be required

  • Skill Level: High comfort level working in a fast-paced, inbound Call Center environment, and with windows-based computer systems  

  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work in our inbound Call Center assisting guests with Ski and Snowboard School Lesson bookings, Lift Ticket sales, Season Pass sales, and general resort information to deliver an experience of a lifetime 
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with guests via phone and email 
  • Accurately and efficiently explain and process all resort products and services
  • Professionally resolve and follow through with any guest inquiries, including returns or refunds.
  • Be a part of a fun, professional, caring work environment 
  • Ability to work in a faced paced environment while delivering exceptional experiences
  • Be an ambassador for My Epic; provide insightful advice and friendly, hands-on My Epic support to guests in need.

  • An aptitude for acquiring skills in user support and an eagerness to learn about My Epic functionality to support guests.

  • Other duties as assigned

  

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to sit and work indoors at our Call Center location (not a remote position)
  • Ability to speak on the telephone for extended periods of time  
  • Proficient typing skills 
  • High School Diploma  
  • Ability to lift 25lbs 
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English 
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays 
  • Ability to maintain a professional presence in the workplace

 

Additional requirements for hires under age 18:

  • Submission of a Parental Consent Form upon hire, along with other applicable documents required by state law; such as a work permit, physician's note, and/or proof of birthdate

 

 

The expected pay range is $20.00 - $21.36. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
