We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for delivering outstanding service.
```Responsibilities```
- Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
- Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions
- Provide product information and answer any questions customers may have
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
```Experience```
- Previous experience in customer service or cashiering preferred, but not necessary.
- Knowledge of electronics sales or technical sales is a plus.
- Strong cash handling skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
