DUTIES:
Daily Cash Handling/Register Operation
Daily Food Production and Serving Line Operation
Daily Ware washing and Kitchen Sanitation
Follow HACCP Health and Safety Regulations
Additional Duties the Foodservice Manager may assign
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School or Trade School diploma
Food Preparation Experience
Cash Handling/Register Operation Experience
Basic knowledge of Food Service Regulations
Basic knowledge of all kitchen equipment, safety
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Light Lifting to Waist/Chest Height of 25# Required
- Work Standing up to 6 hours
- Using Knives in Food Production
