Looking for enthusiastic front of house Team Members. Our Waltham Cafe is open Monday thru Saturday - 7 AM till 3 PM. No nights! The pay is great - in addition to your hourly pay our current staff is earning in excess of $3.50/hour in tips!

Our Cafe offers fresh, healthy, delicious items including Acai Bowls, Smoothies, Toasts, Salads, Wraps, Sandwiches, Grain Bowls, Proteins and Snacks. We have 24 dine in seats and offer on line takeout and delivery. You will be front of house - taking orders, preparing menu items for dine in, take out and delivery. The job is fast paced, fun and very social.

WE WILL ONLY CONSIDER CANDIDATES WITH AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF FRONT OF HOUSE EXPERIENCE WITH HEALTHY FOOD ITEMS SUCH AS SALADS, WRAPS, SMOOTHIES AND ACAI BOWLS. Do not apply if you do not have this experience. Candidates must be fun, willing to learn, enjoy a fast paced environment and appreciate being part of a small start up.

Position Overview

Our Team Members are an integral part of our business. It’s your job to ensure that we’re making consistently delicious, healthy food! As you are one of our first hires, you will make a large impact on how our business operates. We rely on you to ensure quality of our food and food safety standards. You will report to our General Manager and will interact with the business owners on a daily basis.

Requirements/Desired traits

• Fast Casual "for profit" restaurant experience - ideally with experience with our product offerings
• Strong desire to thrill our customers with our food and attitude
• Knowledge of proper food safety handling
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with kitchen and food prep equipment
• A team player with a positive can-do attitude
• Accountable in upholding high standards

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
