Qualifications:

• 1-3 years as a Barista
• 1-3 years in a Supervisor role
• Strong drive to learn and grow as a professional in the hospitality industry
• Positive attitude and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Service and teamwork-focused mindset
• Knowledgeable in industry best practices and food safety and sanitation practices
• Valid Washington State Alcohol Server Permit
• Current Food Worker Permit
