Some of the Responsibilities include:
- Cultivate exceptional customer experience and positive environment
- Assist with sales generation, CTA, marketing activation and promotions
- Manage inventory & researching new wholesale food suppliers & negotiate prices
- Assist in onboarding and training new employees (scheduling trainings etc)
- Prepare schedule & manage labor flow
- Assist in our expansion efforts and shipping coordination
- Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of menu & make suggestions to guests
- Efficiently assist with daily operations, training staff and maintaining accurate food service records
- Receive, check and sign for shipment in accordance to our standards of operations
- Follow & support our marketing strategy, local & private events (in store and via our social platforms)
- Excellent event management skills
REQUIREMENTS:
- Passionate about nutrition, wellness, community and our planet. Eager to partake in transforming health through food by educating others
- Excellent time management skills and efficiency
- Exceptional organizational skills, and ability to assist in daily management operations
- Strong listening skills and ability to follow instructions as assigned and to delegate as needed
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude with exceptional serving and customer service/sales experience
- Strong communication, written and customer service skills and experience
- Ability to thrive and work well alone or with the team
Qualifications:
- A positive mindset and an upbeat, can-do mentality.
- Passion for wellness, plant-based living, and a healthy lifestyle.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of marketing and event coordination is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the food industry is a bonus but not required.
