Responsibilities
- Assist Café Manager and / or lead in ensuring that food and beverage items are prepared and serviced according to recipes
- Clean and maintain all assigned areas throughout shift, keeping all “First Guest Fresh”
- Work individually and with the team to surpass expectations in an efficient, motivated, and positive can-do manner.
- Adhere to all company recipes and safe food handling procedures
- Prepare and cook concession types of food (burgers, fries, pizza, etc)
- Provide timely, courteous, and professional service to all guests
- Follow all health and safety standards, policies, and initiatives
- All other duties as may be assigned
Requirements
- Knowledge of food preparation, storage, sanitation, and commercial kitchen equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with many types of personalities
- Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment and in proximity of other people
- Must be able to carry up to 25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Frequent bending, twisting, lifting, and squatting will be required.
- Always maintain a positive and upbeat attitude to ensure an excellent guest experience.
- ServSafe and / or state food handler certification
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
Education & Experience
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: One (1) year of Café experience
Customer Service experience
