The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience in this field and should be proficient in various aspects of land surveying, including drafting boundary and ALTA surveys, topographic surveys, writing legal descriptions, and the preparation of subdivision plats. Responsibilities:
•Create accurate and precise CAD drawings and plans for land surveys.
•Draft boundary and ALTA surveys, topographic surveys, and legal descriptions.
•Collaborate with the surveying team to ensure project accuracy and completion.
•Prepare subdivision plats and other survey-related documents as needed.
Qualifications:
•Minimum of two years of experience in land surveying.
•Proficiency in AutoCAD with at least two years of experience.
•Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision.
•Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
