Located in downtown Seattle, RHC Engineering has a position for a CAD drafter. The candidate should be able to work independently with minimum supervisions on a variety of tasks, which include, but are not limited to:
- Drafting of plan, elevation, and section details for bridges, retaining walls, foundations, and other structures using AutoCAD and Microstation software
- Incorporating survey base maps into structural engineering plans
- Implementing CAD standards of different agencies into daily productions
- Supporting engineer's quantity takeoff and engineering design needs
- Creating 3D structural models using professional CAD tools
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associated degree in Computer Aided Design
- Minimum one experience in drafting for transportation structures.
- Proficient with variety of drafting software including MicroStation and AutoCAD.
- Familiar with concrete and steel structural detailing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
