SalaryAs a Cable Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of cable and internet services for our customers. You will be working with a team of highly skilled professionals to provide exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain cable and internet services for our customers
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve them quickly and efficiently
- Test cable and internet connections to ensure quality service
- Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in cable or telecommunications industry
- Familiarity with cable and internet systems and equipment
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license
