No Experience Necessary - All Training Provided by Rapids Water Park
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain all cabanas and service areas; ensuring they are clean, neat and organized
- Attend quarterly alcohol compliance training courses on-site
- Provide superior customer service, taking orders accurately and delivering menu items quickly and efficiently
- Serving alcoholic beverages responsibly while maintaining legal age requirements
- Being knowledgeable of all menu items
- Maintain a safe work environment for customers and other employees
- Obtain knowledge of facility layout and amenities to assist customers
- Follow all park policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Approachable, outgoing and excited about upselling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently
- Ability to accept guidance and supervision
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff members
- Ability to process various forms of payment, count money and make change
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays to meet business needs
- Be efficient, friendly, engaging, energetic, enthusiastic and fun
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to endure work environments of excessive heat
- Must follow guidelines on staying hydrated, eating properly, and using sunscreen
- Must be able to lift, carry, move, and/or position items weighing up to or in excess of 25 pounds.
