Job Description
PROJECT: This individual will function at an HBA cross-platform level and contribute to the CYC Data Migration initiative, bi-monthly CYC Integration and Client legacy releases, and additional off-cycle and "large" projects for the over-arching CYC Integration. We have xxxxM + capital portfolio for next year.
IDEAL BACKGROUND: Ideal candidate will be a Senior Performance Engineering Lead that has developed and executed a large-scale performance plan for a large enterprise, is also a hands-on performance tester, and is experienced with our tool-set; healthcare experience is good, but not required.
TOP REQUIREMENTS:
1. Performance Tooling knowledge and experience with Jmeter/Gatling/LoadRunner
2. Key understanding of monitoring, diagnostics, and reporting
3. Deep understanding of the Performance Engineering Lifecycle
*** What experience will set candidates apart from one another? Critical thinking around Performance Engineering and having developed and executed a performance strategy for a large enterprise.

TEAM STRUCTURE: This individual will 1) work with individual workstream QE Leads (~10-12) on workstream-level performance test plans and risks, 2) work with a smaller team (right now, our Principle QE Engineer and 2 perf engineers) on the cross-platform performance planning and execution. Developers support Performance Engineering based on defect/incident support.

a. How many rounds? 2 minimum
b. Video vs. phone? Video is preferred
c. How technical will the interviews be? At least one will be very technical
Requires 6-8 years of prior Performance Engineering experience with the key tools/processes noted.
