Job Title: Butler/House Manager

Location: Van Nuys, California (with travel to Miami and New York City)

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and professional Butler/House Manager to oversee the seamless operation of the household for a prominent UHNW individual. The ideal candidate should be flexible, discreet, and possess exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills. The position requires extensive travel, with separate living quarters provided in each location.

Responsibilities:

1. Household Management:

   • Maintain the overall cleanliness, organization, and functionality of all residences.
   • Oversee and manage household staff, ensuring efficient operations.
   • Coordinate and supervise external service providers, contractors, and vendors.

2. Travel:

   • Accompany the principal to different residences, including Van Nuys, Miami, and New York City as needed
   • Assist with packing and unpacking for trips, ensuring all personal items are accounted for.

3. Security and Safety:

   • Implement and maintain security protocols for each residence.
   • Liaise with security personnel to ensure the safety of the principal and their properties.

4. Event Planning:

   • Coordinate and oversee events, dinners, and gatherings at various residences.
   • Ensure all arrangements are made for guests' comfort and enjoyment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Butler or House Manager in a UHNW household.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to different environments.
• Discretion and confidentiality are of the utmost importance.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Experience in managing household budgets and financial records.

Benefits:

• Competitive salary based on experience, $90,000 to $100,000/year DOE
