- Maintaining a working relationship with servers and management to successfully complete shift
- Maintain standards on floor, clean tables, neat roll ups and proper presentation on EVERY table
- Bathrooms checks and cleaning throughout shift
- Outside patio is swept throughout the shift/as needed
- Server Stations kept stocked; fill water pitchers, stock B&B plates, roll ups throughout shift
- Polish silver and glass wear when needed
- Opening and closing checklists to be completed successfully
- Lift and change kegs (over 160 pounds)
