HART Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst in direct support of DoD Projects and Program Offices, in Dahlgren, VA.

Responsibilities:
- Perform business operation and system analysis to define, analyze, and validate improvements to processes and tool operations for the organization.
- Work with stakeholders across the technical team to elicit, document, and prioritize user requirements; translate requirements into design options to analyze and validate user needs; act as liaison between end-users/stakeholders and developers; facilitate and support QA/testing to ensure solutions meet stakeholder requirements.
- Develop and maintain training materials/quick reference guides pertaining to workflow projects and tool/process improvements; assist in communicating enhancement and bug fixes to the team and providing bi-yearly training to user community.
- Assist with development and maintenance of necessary process documentation, to include SOPs, QA checklists, policies, and other general guidance in support of workflow projects and tools; Facilitate review and approval of documentation with the applicable stakeholders.
- Assist stakeholders in tracking software license expirations, gathering quotes, and drafting necessary procurement requirements for maintenance renewals and new license requests.
Required:
- 3 years professional experience.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office products (Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint).
- US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance.
- Ability to create requirements specifications in both technical and user-friendly language/formats.
- Experience interacting with project stakeholders across all levels of the organization to recommend solutions that meet customer needs.
Desired:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering, Scientific, or related technical discipline; or equivalent professional experience.
- Desired 3+ years of experience in business/program analysis or related position performing requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and verification.
- Experience facilitating and participating in user acceptance testing.
- Prior experience with Atlassian Jira or similar workflow development toolset.
