About the Role
Packsize is searching for a dynamic Business Systems Analyst/System Administrator with expertise in enterprise systems such as Salesforce, PagerDuty, Infor, and Domo. This role is pivotal in bridging our Information Systems and Operations teams, ensuring optimal integration and support for technical and field services. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in requirement gathering, project management, and a comprehensive understanding of various information systems to enhance operational workflows.
What You’ll Do
Proficient in administering and configuring enterprise systems including Salesforce (especially Service Cloud), PagerDuty, Infor, and Domo, aligning them with IT and operational requirements.
Skilled in gathering and interpreting requirements, adept at translating operational needs into effective technical solutions within these systems.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects efficiently from initiation to completion, adhering to timelines, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsible for developing, updating, and maintaining detailed system documentation, striving for continual improvement of processes and system functionalities.
Capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing regular tasks alongside unique, situation-specific challenges.
Expertise in analyzing operational metrics using these systems, identifying key trends, and providing actionable insights for process enhancement.
Strong problem-solving skills, able to collaborate with various support groups for issue resolution and system optimization.
Proficient in data visualization and analytics, utilizing tools like Domo and PowerBI to effectively communicate complex data insights.
Adept at writing basic programming codes in Python or Java, enhancing system automation and efficiency.
A forward-thinking individual who constantly seeks new methodologies to leverage data for better decision-making and strategic initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Systems Analyst or system administrator role, with a focus on Salesforce, PagerDuty, and Infor/SAP
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud is highly desirable. Additional experience working with Salesforce Flow, Slack, and PagerDuty integration is also highly valued
Proven track record in project management and requirement gathering.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Domo.
Strong analytical and operational skills, with experience reporting and interpreting operational metrics.
Excellent communication skills, capable of effective collaboration across diverse teams and organizational levels.

What We Offer
The salary range for this role is [$80,000 to $100,000 USD] however, Packsize considers several factors when determining compensation when extending a job offer, including but not limited to, the role being offered, the associated responsibilities, the candidate's prior work experience, education/training, and any special skills.
