Looking for candidates with 5+years of experience as a Business System Analyst or related Business Analyst role.
The Business System Analyst position will work within the Systems group and will be responsible for the interacting with various stakeholders within the organization and working to document current/future system's needs. Will serve as a direct liaison to functional process owners to translate and prioritize requirements for assigned area project and maintenance work.
Will be responsible for translating high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications and managing requests for changes to the specifications. Will assist the business in determining which business requirements can and should be automated and how they are then integrated with other business and technical processes
- Participate in requirements prioritization.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and success criteria
- Partner with development team to provide reporting and status on project deliverables.
- Coordinate and participate in Testing activities.
- Complete understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to translate technical information into terms understandable by non-IT savvy personnel - Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office products – Power Platform (Automate, Apps and BI).
