SummaryResponsible for the overall policies, objectives, and initiatives of the Cash Management cycle; ensures that daily bank deposits are reconciled to explanation of benefits (EOBs) and electronic remittance advices (ERAs); provides general oversight for physician office functions that contribute to the billing, collections and reporting of patient service revenue.
Required Qualifications- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Three (3) years' healthcare billing experience
- Extensive experience with reviewing and/or analyzing patient accounts to determine appropriate charges and/or payments
- Experience in a University and/or Healthcare setting;knowledge of generally accepted Academic Medical Group principals and theories
