```Duties```
- Conduct business analysis to identify and document Business Processes, requirements, and objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather relevant information.
- Analyze existing Business Processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and implement strategies for process improvement, including recommending changes to workflows, procedures, and technologies.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, discuss findings, and present recommendations.
- Create detailed documentation, such as process maps, flowcharts, and business requirements documents.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes and make adjustments as necessary.
- Provide support and guidance to project teams during the implementation of process improvement initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Business Process analysis.
