Who you are
- You will lead and manage Business Process analysis, design, and implementation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- You will identify opportunities for hyper-automation and drive continuous improvement through AI, machine learning, and other emerging technologies.
- You will leverage AI and other advanced technologies to automate tasks and workflows, streamline operations, and improve overall business performance.
- You’ve got data chops and have proficiency in process modeling and analysis techniques.
- You dig Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies and have proven experience in developing and executing process improvement initiatives.

Lovingly has tremendous plans for growth, and we're building a motivated and diverse team to help increase our market share domestically and internationally. In this role, you will lead the organization to drive continuous improvement and ensure that Business Processes are efficient and effective. You’ll use Lean Six Sigma or comparable methodology to identify opportunities for process improvements and drive continuous improvement. Your responsibilities include overseeing the gathering of requirements from stakeholders, documenting processes, identifying areas for improvement, implementing process training, conducting process flow analysis and mapping, and creating policies and procedures to ensure the processes are up to date and meet the requirements of the organization.You will identify areas for improvement that can be automated and drive continuous improvement through AI, machine learning, and other emerging technologies, Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation by working alongside employees to analyze their workflows, identify opportunities for optimization, and provide process training and support.
This role reports to the Co-CEO.
What you’ll do
- Process Management - Lead and manage the analysis, design, and implementation of Business Processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Process Improvement & Analysis - Provide oversight on Identifying and analyzing Business Processes for efficiency and effectiveness
- Perform risk assessments to identify potential process-related risks and develop risk mitigation plans
- Monitor and report on process performance using data analysis and visualization tools
- Develop process-related budgets and resources, provide direction to the team for execution
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate technology into Business Processes
- Develop process-related reports and presentations for management and stakeholders, and provide oversight on these reports.
Requirements
- Must have at least 10+ years of experience.
- Masters in Business Administration or other related fields required.
- Strong understanding of modern technology tools such as G Suite, Apple products, Slack, etc.
- Understanding of project management and building strong relationships with senior leadership.
- Stay current with the latest trends and developments in hyper-automation and other emerging technologies, and identify opportunities for their application within the organization.
- Leadership skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives and programs.
- Highly adaptive to change and can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with leading Business Process initiatives in large organizations.
- Understands the value of design and aesthetics.
- Impeccable work ethic, dedicated, can-do attitude, and intrinsically motivated.
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. This position occasionally requires long hours and weekend work.
