Responsibilities
- Analyze and assess market trends, industry benchmarks, and internal performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities in warehouse operations.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business plans that outline clear objectives, actionable strategies, and financial projections for optimizing warehouse operations.
- Monitor and track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare and present detailed Business Planning reports to senior management, providing insights into market dynamics, strategic initiatives, and financial projections.
- Lead and manage projects related to warehouse Business Planning, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Maintain strong communication and collaboration with colleagues across departments to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in warehouse operations.
Salary Range: $45,000- 55,000
