Overview:
Seeking an organized, motivated and creative individual who is ready to join a fast growing property management company in the Phoenix/Sedona areas. Our operations supervisor will work in a hybrid model, mostly remote, with some travel required to our homes, monitoring, responding, and directing multiple streams of communication between our guests, our operations team in the Philippines, and our on ground cleaning/maintenance team.
Duties:
Receive, interpret and prescribe action on multiple streams of communication ensuring smooth operations of our vacation rentals.
Provide solutions for on ground team members in the areas of quality assurance, supply and inventory, guest logistics, and maintenance schedules
Work hand and hand with operations team to ensure a 5 star guest experience
Create and present weekly reports to COO offering suggestions for more streamlined operating processes
Responsibilities:
Maintain seamless communication with team members, exhibiting both authority and encouragement
Keep the best interests of the company in mind for all major decisions
Uphold proper ethics and drive efficiency, growth and camaraderie
Report any misconduct, shortcomings or performance issues to COO

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
