The Business Office Manager is the first person who will come in contact with families seeking placement for their loved ones or are here visiting their resident. The BOM must greet all guests with a smile and make them feel welcome. Other duties include answering the phone and directing calls to the appropriate staff member, responding to emails, giving tours to families seeking placement, new admission paperwork, assisting applicants for new hire, in-putting time card information, and updating 24 hour nursing report sheets.
Applicant must be proficient in Excel.
