Business Management Data Analyst/Developer
Description
The US Client.com Category Business Management team has an exciting opportunity for a role focused on data analysis, systems development and operational support to drive Client.com eCommerce business growth across all product categories including PCs, Displays, Accessories, Printers and Supplies.
Primary responsibilities include developing and managing tools, systems and reports used across by the US Client.com category team to generate data-driven business insights and gain efficiencies. Specific focus areas include support and development of Excel-based tools that are connected to backend systems thru SQL queries and SISS packages to summarize and communicate key business information across various functional teams in the organization, and creation of new Tableau and/or PowerBI dashboards that will scale existing reports. In addition, in this role you'll also have an opportunity to support systems and reports used to track digital marketing activities and reconcile them with financials; you'll be asked to automate existing business processes and workflows, and will work with a variety of team members to learn how those processes are currently established and where enhancement opportunities exist.

Qualifications
- Strong experience in Excel's advanced functions and queries for database access.
- Experience in SQL programming and/or similar languages.
- Experience in SISS packages and data manipulation.
- Experience with Tableau and/or Power BI dashboards creation.
- Strong analytics, problem solving, and detailed oriented mindset.
- Ability to analyze and manipulate data using Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Demonstrated knowledge of e-Commerce business fundamentals.
- Demonstrated knowledge of product marketing fundamentals.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English).
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to effectively collaborate with virtual teams.
- Understanding of Project/Program management fundamentals is a plus.
- College degree in Marketing/Business/Technical.
- 3+ years data automation and/or operational experience.
- MS SQL-related Certifications preferred.
