Key Responsibilities:
Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a highly qualified Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to support the Supply Chain organization to ensure the company's goals and initiatives are met.
This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing BI solutions for our Supply Chain organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills and experience in working with large datasets, as well as a passion for leveraging data to drive business insights and outcomes. In this role, the BI Developer will work closely with the IT and Business teams to design and implement reporting solutions based on the organization's requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop BI solutions based on business requirements
- Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards using BI tools
- Connect to various data sources, including databases, APIs, and web services
- Manage datasets, including data quality, transformations, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with other developers, the IT team and business partners to ensure data consistency and integrity
- Provide analysis, insights, and recommendations based on data findings
- Create and maintain BI documentation, including data lineage, definitions, and metadata management
- Participate in agile development methodologies and practices
Additional Responsibilities:
- Tackle ambiguous problems to determine and prioritize business strategies
- Demonstrated ability to implement short and long term strategies to support organizational operation and transformation
- Lead, influence, and collaborate across functions to drive results through formal and informal channels
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in developing BI solutions
- Strong data visualization skills e.g., working with datasets, creating appropriate visualizations, and strong communication skills with experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA (SQVI Table Joins)
- Strong experience with SQL and database development and maintenance
- Experience with data modeling, data lineage, and metadata management
- Experience with big data platforms such as Hadoop and Spark is a plus
- Experience with digital automation, including digital twins and AI, a plus
- Experience working within a Consumer Packaged Goods environment
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data quality and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities
- A self-starter with ability to independently identify gaps, opportunities and develop action plans
- Must have a passion for new technology in an entrepreneurial environment
