Business Intelligence Developer - Hybrid Role!

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, interpret, and understand existing Crystal Reports to extract data insights and metrics.
• Design, build, and deploy catching visualizations and dashboards in Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Power BI Paginated reports.
• Collaborate with data team to ensure successful integration and data flow from in house data warehouse to Power BI.
• Continuously optimize and refine reports and dashboards for performance and user experience.
• Maintain thorough documentation for all developed reports and dashboards, ensuring clarity and ease of use for end-users.
• Provide training and support to end-users on how to utilize and interpret the Power BI dashboards effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a BI Developer role or a similar position.
• Proven experience with Crystal Reports (specifically being able to analyze reports and identifying key metrics.)
• Proved experience with Power BI and Power BI Paginated Reports.
• Demonstrated experience in designing, building, and deploying reports using Microsoft Power BI.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, especially Microsoft SQL Server.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification preferred.

- Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica or similar
- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop or similar
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs for data integration
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
