Requirements:

• Business Intelligence Developer must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/MIS or equivalent certification from an accredited technical training school or equivalent (4 years) experience in general MIS/computer support.
• SQL programming is the most important thing. It can be Oracle SQL, T-SQL, MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL.
• Use SQL to build scripts, write queries, reports, work within data sets and the database.
• Work with data in SQL database to build scripts to go into Power BI to then build reports.
• Needs an energetic personality
• Excellent documentation and communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Data Visualization tools
  • Power BI
  • Tableau
• Prior experience reporting from an EMR system
• Epic certification
• Must be able to ask analytical and logical questions. not just order taker but can have a conversation surrounding the data.
• Prior experience in the Healthcare or Banking industries.
