We are looking for a Business Intelligence Consultant who:

• Participates in all aspects of the implementation solution from the analysis of business requirements to the configuration of applications to meet the customer’s needs, and the configuration of the standard functionalities of the solutions.
• Develops a plan that aligns with customers' goals and objectives.
• Develop extractions, transformation, and load (ETL) programs to organize data.
• Know the technical components of a Business Intelligence Solution.
• Plan and coordinate data migrations between systems.
• Develop, implement, and maintain change control and testing processes for modifications to databases.
• Analyzes operational processes and determines the gap between the client's requirements/specifications and the standard functionalities of the proposed solutions.
• Supports in the solutions configuration, includes but is not limited to: defining roles and authorizations, creating users and assigning the roles and defining process and adapt workflows.
• Supports the customer with the transition to the new system.
• Stays up to date on the technologies that the company uses and sells, and on the current trends of the different industries to which it provides services.

Job requirements…

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS) or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in BI Developing, Data Analysis, Datawarehouse Developing or related field
• Experience with Microsoft database or Oracle environment development, preferred.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Knowledge in Microsoft Projects, preferred.
• Understand the practice of Datawarehouse development.
• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), and/or SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Excellent communications skills.
• Customer services skills.
• Problem solving ability.
