Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Intelligence and Data Visualization Professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for extracting, analyzing, and visualizing complex data sets from various sources within the organization to provide actionable insights for RxLive’s customers as well as our own operational objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Data Analysts, Data Scientists, Product Managers, and the Executive Leadership Team, to gather requirements and develop effective visualizations and dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

1. Data Extraction and Analysis: Identify and extract relevant data from multiple sources, including databases, APIs, and third-party tools. Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
2. Data Visualization and Dashboard Development: Design and develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that support RxLive’s products and services. RxLive uses DOMO for its BI/Visualization. Advanced experienced with either DOMO industry-leading tools such as Tableau, Power BI is required. Present complex data in a clear and understandable manner that successfully communicates a story-based approach.
3. Requirements Gathering and Collaboration: Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including executives, product managers, and business analysts, to understand their data needs, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and translate their requirements into effective visualizations.
4. Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity throughout the data visualization process. Perform data validation and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise.
5. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Continuously monitor the performance and usage of dashboards and visualizations. Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization to enhance the user experience and data accessibility.
6. Data Governance and Documentation: Establish and adhere to data governance standards, policies, and best practices. Document data sources, transformations, and visualization processes to maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date repository of information.
7. Industry Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in Business intelligence, data visualization, and data analytics. Explore and recommend innovative approaches to data visualization that can drive business value and improve user experience.
   

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a relevant industry experience.
• Proven experience as a Business Intelligence or Data Visualization Professional, with a strong portfolio of data visualization projects.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as DOMO, Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of data analysis techniques, statistical concepts, and data modeling principles.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
• Familiarity with data integration and ETL processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
