Role Overview: As a Business Integrations Engineer at SWCORP, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the migration from NetSuite to Acumatica. Your expertise in customization, framework development, and software engineering will be essential in ensuring a seamless transition. Working closely with our development team, you'll leverage your proficiency in C#, SQL Server, and .NET Framework to enhance our ERP systems, directly impacting operational efficiency and driving innovation within our organization.

Role and Responsibility (R&R)

Key Responsibilities:

Acumatica Customization: Utilize your extensive experience in Acumatica customization to tailor the platform to our specific business requirements. This involves developing and implementing custom modules, workflows, and integrations to optimize system functionality.

Framework Development: Employ your in-depth knowledge of the Acumatica framework to architect and design solutions aligned with our business objectives. Develop scalable and maintainable code adhering to best practices and standards.

Software Engineering: Apply expertise in C#, SQL Server/TSQL, and the .NET Framework to develop robust and efficient solutions within the Acumatica environment. Design database schemas, write complex queries, and implement business logic to support various ERP functionalities.

ERP Software Experience: Leverage your understanding of ERP systems and accounting principles to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory compliance.

Project Estimation: Collaborate with project stakeholders to provide accurate estimates of effort and resources required for Acumatica customization projects, supporting effective project planning and delivery.

Source Code Control: Demonstrate proficiency in version control tools like Git to manage and track changes to source code effectively, facilitating collaboration and codebase management within the development team.

Additional Skills (Plus): Experience in web design/development and report writing is advantageous. Proficiency in Netsuite/Oracle is a plus.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Acumatica customization and framework development. Proficiency in C#, SQL Server/TSQL, and .NET Framework. Strong understanding of ERP software and accounting principles. Ability to provide accurate estimates of effort on projects. Familiarity with Git or other source code control tools. Experience in web design/development and report writing is a plus. Must be proficient in Netsuite/Oracle.
