POSITION OBJECTIVE
- Promote both retail and wholesale sales, developing and following up specific Projects.
- Working with commercial partners involved in those projects.
- Provide all the necessary support and specific commercial and market information to the team.
- Ensure the team access to BRP products through team/employee Demos and develop team integration.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
AMFIM follow up
- Working with AMFIM (Asociacion Mexicana de Fabricantes e Importadores de Motocicletas) & DUATICS in the delivery of commercial information of the Motorcycle industry
- Follow up legal contracts and payment of suppliers for these services.
Retail Financing:
- Work with, BBVA, Santander or other retail financing partners
- Evaluate advantages to have a BRP Finance service and select the exclusive partner to perform it
Sales Projects development:
- Project follow up
- Evaluate & propose specific projects to undertake to promote and encourage sales
Sales Support & Market information
- Power BI: Update the report and add reports that help visualize the forecast and history of our sales.
- Internal sales strategy to have good communication with departments for the distribution of units.
- Communications: As Back up of Dealer Marketing, get involved in the communication project to LATAM, with the North American process.
- Market investigation
Team access to BRP units & Team integration:
- DEMO Units: Responsible for monitoring demo units of the team and leased. Responsible for the location, keys, cards, plates, service, maintenance, damage repair, accessories units. Follow-up of the policy and log of provision of units to employees and managers. Insurance policy payment for BRP MD demo units.
- Propose & organize team events hand in hand with Marketing
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Project AMFIM
- Power BI follow up & development
- Projects realization
- Access to BRP units by the team
Education:
Specialty degree in administration or similar
Experience:
Min. 1 years experience in areas related
Language:
Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
English written and verbal (Min: 80%).
Knowledge of French or German is an advantage
