Description
- Maintains and actively promotes effective communication with external customers.
- Responsible for maintaining a positive image of Commonheart in the community, keeping in alignment with our mission, vision, and values.
- Communicates effectively with referral sources, i.e., hospitals, CBRF's, MD offices, etc.
- Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with community businesses, leads and groups that will enhance/increase business opportunities.
- Utilizes professional selling skills/techniques to development business partnerships and/or leads.
- Performs marketing and sales for Commonheart services predominately at external sales leads, providers or special events.
- Organize, participate in, or present educational programming on special topics or regulations to enhance Commonheart services reputation (Travel Required).
- Organize, coordinate, and assist in planning of special events.
- Create, implement, and maintain a Business Development system to track and guide Business Development activities. Use data from the system to guide strategic decisions and growth efforts.
- Meet with department administrators as well as key Commonheart and Illuminus staff concerning Business Development activities, strategic planning, and assigned projects and meeting schedules.
- Interface with, coordinate with, and, as needed, assist the marketing staff of Illuminus.
- Assist in creating, maintaining, and distributing collateral and/or advertising materials.
- Performs other similar duties, as needed.

- Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.

- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), related Social Media platforms and experience using CRM platforms to drive activities.
EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
- Business Administration, Marketing, RN or Social Work Bachelor Degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Sales, marketing or consulting in long term care service lines a plus.
- 2 or more years of related experience preferred.
Compensation: 60k-70k
