As a Business Development Representative at Clothesline Cleaners, you'll identify and engage potential clients in commercial, government, and multifamily sectors. Your primary focus is creating new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and building lasting client relationships. Responsibilities:
- Identify and research prospective commercial, government, and multifamily clients
- Conduct cold calls, networking, and lead generation activities to secure appointments
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations, showcasing our services and quality to prospects
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
- Achieve sales targets, contribute to customer base growth, and provide regular sales activity, leads, and progress reports
- Maintain relationships with customers, ensuring excellent account management and satisfaction
Skills:
- Proven experience in Business Development, sales, or related field
- Knowledge of the dry cleaning industry and commercial cleaning needs is bonus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Compensation:
This is a 1099 contractor role, offering a commission on profit for all contracts sold, weekly travel stipend, and a guaranteed fixed payment during training. In addition, we offer guaranteed fixed payments weekly for the first 6 weeks to provide financial support during the initial phase until commissions start to accrue.
