Your primary focus is creating new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and building lasting client relationships. Responsibilities:
- Identify and research prospective commercial, government, and multifamily clients
- Conduct cold calls, networking, and lead generation activities to secure appointments
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations, showcasing our services and quality to prospects
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
- Achieve sales targets, contribute to customer base growth, and provide regular sales activity, leads, and progress reports
- Maintain relationships with customers, ensuring excellent account management and satisfaction
Skills:
- Proven experience in Business Development, sales, or related field
- Knowledge of the dry cleaning industry and commercial cleaning needs is bonus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation:
This is a 1099 contractor role, offering a commission on profit for all contracts sold, weekly travel stipend, and a guaranteed fixed payment during training. In addition, we offer guaranteed fixed payments weekly for the first 6 weeks to provide financial support during the initial phase until commissions start to accrue.
