Position Summary:
We are looking for an entry level Operations Specialist to join the Business Development team and help support the next phase of growth for our business. This sales operations centered role will support the Business Development department to increase productivity, and work as a support liaison with other cross functional teams to achieve the department's goal to drive top line revenue.
Position is hybrid w/10 days per month in the Greenwood Village HQ Office
Salary Range: 50k-60k/year, based on experience + annual bonus potential
- Provide administrative support to Account Executives, Business Development reps, Inside Sales, Customer Success and Management personnel
- Update PowerPoint presentations on a weekly/bi-weekly basis
- Maintain and run Salesforce reports as requested
- Assist with setup for new accounts

- Maintain data integrity of Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities
- Clean data as requested
- Vendor registrations and applications
- Highschool diploma or equivalent, required
- 1 year of experience supporting operations or Business Development units
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior CRM experience - Salesforce preferred
- Power BI experience a plus
