Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective football training programs for athletes
- Teach and demonstrate proper techniques, strategies, and rules of the game
- Plan and organize practice sessions to improve skills and teamwork
- Evaluate players' performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Create game plans and strategies for upcoming matches
- Motivate and inspire athletes to reach their full potential
- Ensure the safety of players during practices and games
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to enhance team performance
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a football coach or player is required
- Knowledge of various football techniques, strategies, and rules
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively with students of different ages and skill levels
- Experience in behavior management and maintaining discipline within the team
- CPR/AED certification is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with other sports such as basketball, cheerleading, or martial arts is a plus
