The Business Development, Marketing Assistant is a dynamic role that combines the responsibilities of sales representation and marketing assistance. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who is keen on developing skills in both sales techniques and marketing strategies.
This person will work with the marketing team to promote and increase brand awareness through account visits to new and existing referral partners, while also assisting with various projects and events.
Job Responsibilities
- Engage with referral partners and medical professionals to establish and maintain relationships.
- Assist in achieving sales targets through effective marketing and sales strategies.
- Provide administrative and project support for various marketing and sales initiatives.
- Help manage and update the company's marketing databases.
- Assist with the production and ordering of marketing materials and collateral.
- Support the marketing team with planning, implementing and attending events.
- Other marketing duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Provide superior customer service to the client base.
- Able to work independently and productively, be organized and cooperative under stressful conditions including multitasking.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, respectful demeanor, empathy towards others and positive approach with patients and staff.
- Must be well-organized, self-motivated, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
