Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Efficiently organize and maintain a comprehensive database of gathered information, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for the marketing and sales teams.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients during marketing events, fostering a positive and lasting impression of the company.
- Travel to marketing events nationwide, representing the company and actively participating in networking opportunities.
- Conduct sales follow-ups on existing clients and proposals to ensure client satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
- Proactively engage in cold calling to generate and qualify new leads, contributing to expanding our client base.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Tech-savvy with a quick grasp of new technologies and marketing tools.
- Proven experience in marketing and customer relations.
- Knowledge of the construction industry is highly advantageous.
- People-charming and pleasing personality, capable of building positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Can-do attitude with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze data to inform marketing strategies.
- Persistence in communication, both on the phone and through email, as well as in-person events.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
