JOB SUMMARY
The Business Development Associate works to increase the name recognition, perceived value, and volume of purchase and mortgage closings for Foundation Title & Escrow Series, LLC in assigned territory. In addition, he or she will support the organization's goals to: (1) increase our capture rate in the existing office locations, (2) open additional office locations (3) expand our existing business and (4) expand our operations to other states.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish new accounts/clientele for Foundation Title and Escrow Series, LLC
- Develop relationships to help grow Foundation Title and Escrow Series, LLC's current client base
- Assist in maintaining existing accounts as directed by management
- Submit prospecting/sales report to management on a weekly basis
- Exhibit excellent customer service by timely and professionally responding to client and potential client requests
- Cross-train and work to develop strong title and escrow knowledge
- Oversee and manage title and escrow files to ensure team members are meeting critical closing deadlines.
- Provide processing support (preparing CDs, ALTA Settlement Statements, Picky Docs, etc.) as needed.
- Conduct closings in a professional manner and appearance
- Provide post-closing support to escrow officers (scan/warehouse loan packages, distribute and courier realtor, seller and other closing-related funds/documents, etc.)
- Attend business appropriate networking events (e.g., local Association of Realtor events.)
- Coordinate/Conduct Realtor Lunch and Learns, and other educational and marketing events
- Attend and present Industry-related materials/information at Realtor Weekly Sales and other meetings.
- Coordinate with President of Operations (Tennessee) on Special Events/Activities/Social Media Campaigns, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE
- At least 2 years’ experience and/or training
EDUCATION
- High school diploma required, secondary degree preferred
- Equivalent combination or education and experience
