We are looking for an admin who is team-oriented and a great communicator. The ideal candidate is someone who loves taking on new challenges and has experience supporting a team of managers. Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to leadership team of Lead Generation
Management of administrative duties for our Community Stewardship, Purchased leads, and Field Marketing
Calendar management of Community Stewardship, Purchased Leads, and Field Marketing events
Meeting minutes for any Community Stewardship, Purchased Leads, and Field Marketing meetings
Keep updated records for Field Marketing Milestone Project
Manage the photo procurement process and creation of the Field Marketing Milestone Project files
Organization of proposals for all Field Marketing incentives and travel
Organization of proposals for all Communities Stewardship and Field Marketing events
Create and edit presentations as needed
Assist in processing Lead audits on case-by-case basis
Requirements:
Position is can be in-person, remote, or hybrid
At least 3 years of experience supporting a team in an administrative capacity
Extremely professional with a customer-oriented mindset
Must be self-driven & highly motivated
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required (Word, Excel, PPT, Access, Outlook)
Excellent communicator, high attention to detail, and very organized
Must have great time management skills and the ability to prioritize
Work extremely well under pressure and thrive working in a fast-paced environment
Proven track record setting and achieving goals
Experience using Salesforce is a plus
